Clear terms, from the first meeting to the end of the engagement.
Services and scope
We provide digital marketing and website services: websites, SEO, Meta ads, Google Ads, content, email and newsletters, analytics, maintenance and support. Each engagement is tailored to your business, with its scope set out in the quotation or agreement you approve. We don't offer off-the-shelf packages — you'll always know what's included.
Quotations and agreements
A quotation is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. On acceptance, the quotation and your confirmation form the basis of our engagement. The quotation describes what is included, what may be added and how the work will be monitored, so you know what to expect.
Pricing and payment
The price is stated in the quotation. We invoice according to the agreed schedule, usually monthly or by milestone, with payment due within 30 days. Statutory late-payment interest applies. Work outside the quotation is carried out only after you approve the cost in advance.
Your involvement and the schedule
Prompt feedback and the right materials help us work faster and better. We may need business information, images, copy, login details and approvals. If we are waiting for something from you, the schedule may change; we'll let you know if that happens.
Changes during an engagement
Changes and additions are no problem. We document them and inform you before proceeding if they affect price or schedule. You should never have to guess what applies.
Ongoing work and termination
Maintenance, support and ongoing services continue until either party terminates the engagement. Notice must be given in writing to info@marketmkrs.com and takes effect at the nearest month-end. We help with information, assets and a straightforward handover when our engagement ends.
Responsibilities and expectations
We work to the best of our knowledge and recommend what we believe will benefit your business. We cannot guarantee a particular search ranking or number of enquiries, as search engines and advertising platforms are outside our control and regularly change their rules. We are not responsible for disruptions caused by such events.
Copyright and materials
Rights to materials we create for you transfer to you once the invoice is paid. Materials you provide remain yours. We may showcase our work in our marketing; if you object in advance, we won't.
Personal data
We process personal data needed for the engagement, such as contact details and enquiries submitted through our contact form. Data is used to carry out and follow up on the work, and is not shared for marketing purposes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion.
Changes to these terms and contact
We notify you before material changes to these terms take effect. For questions about these terms, your engagement or your data, contact info@marketmkrs.com or +46 70 348 40 64. Our engagement and these terms are governed by Swedish law; disputes are referred to a court of general jurisdiction.
These terms take effect on 24 October 2026 and replace previous verbal agreements on the same matters.
